Handyman- Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance duties. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and have experience working with hand tools and power tools. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC repairs
- Troubleshoot issues and determine the best course of action to fix them
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed
- Ensure all safety standards are followed while completing tasks
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Purchase necessary materials for projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools efficiently
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
