Instrument Technician



We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our growing team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and calibrate various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance on instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to understand the operation of instruments.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to diagnose complex instrument issues.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Electronics or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, instrumentation principles, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and loop calibrators.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
