Junior Barista


We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our team in Randers. As a recent graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in coffee, be a quick learner, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience is not required but is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink served
- Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
