Entry-Level Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are hiring an Entry-Level Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry-Level Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a team of employees. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees in daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and onboard new employees
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and make quick decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
