Speech Therapist


Our clinic in Medina is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages who have various speech and language disorders. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$, and we are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's specific speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their needs and goals
- Provide therapy sessions to patients using a variety of techniques and methods, including articulation therapy, language intervention, and oral motor exercises
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
- Educate family members and caregivers on how to support the patient's progress at home

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Ability to create engaging therapy sessions for patients of all ages
