Job Title: Senior Accountant


We are a leading financial services company based in Al-Kuwait, seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. This position is open to candidates of Indian nationality with proficiency in English and a valid biometric passport.

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and preparing accurate financial reports. Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conducting monthly reconciliation of accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- Analyzing financial data and presenting findings to upper management
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses
- Liaising with external auditors during annual audits
- Providing guidance and support to junior accounting staff

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. A professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred. In addition, we are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, has excellent analytical skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
