Housekeeping Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet company standards
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure efficient communication and resolution of any issues or requests from guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor department budget and expenses, making adjustments as needed to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
