Job Title: Florist in Dubai


We are hiring a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Dubai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Designing and arranging flowers according to client specifications and budget
- Sourcing high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Maintaining the freshness of flowers by properly storing and caring for them
- Creating unique floral designs using different techniques such as wiring, taping, and bouquet making
- Providing guidance to clients on suitable flower choices for different occasions
- Keeping up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporating them into your work
- Managing inventory and ordering new supplies when needed
- Assisting with event set-up and tear-down when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Strong design skills with an eye for color, texture, and proportion
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic business principles such as pricing, budgeting, and inventory management is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. However, we are open to negotiation based on your experience and qualifications.
