Supply Manager

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products. They will work closely with vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods. The Supply Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, forecasting demand, and managing product distribution to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand based on market trends
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials for manufacturing process
- Oversee logistics operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to supply chain management
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jeddah (open for Indian candidates but fluency in English is preferred)
