Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating accurate maps and measurements of land areas. This position requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the use of surveying equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various surveying equipment
- Create accurate maps and measurements of land areas
- Analyze survey data to identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate mapping and measurements
- Prepare reports and documentation of survey results
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong mathematical skills with proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies in survey data
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software is preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Sharjah (no English required)
