We are a well-established floral design company in Ajman, seeking a talented Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful flower arrangements for various events and occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client requirements and budget
- Source high-quality flowers and greenery from local vendors
- Prepare and arrange flowers in vases, baskets or other containers
- Work with different types of flowers, both fresh and artificial
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper handling of flowers
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and making appropriate suggestions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent creative skills with an eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs
- Good communication skills in English
