Restaurant Manager - Ajman, UAE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial records. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that the restaurant is operating efficiently and meeting all quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are served to a high standard
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase business
- Keep accurate financial records and manage budgets effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English are required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
- Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial management principles
