Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and beverage costs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality standards are met.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on increasing profits.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities.
