A well-established Indian restaurant in El-Ain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with Indian cuisine and culture preferred
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs
- Ensure all employees adhere to health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
