Construction Manager for English-speaking team in El-Ain

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in El-Ain, Egypt. As an English-speaking manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of Pakistani and Egyptian workers to ensure successful completion of construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage and coordinate the work of Pakistani and Egyptian workers on-site
- Create schedules for project phases and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
- Manage budgeting and cost control for each project
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
- Experience managing teams from different nationalities/cultures is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, safety standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
