Land Surveyor


We are a reputable land surveying company, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, open to both Kenyans and foreigners. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. This role requires proficiency in English and the ability to work independently without accommodation provided. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and produce accurate measurements and drawings
- Prepare reports and documents for clients and project managers
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project design
- Follow safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure they are in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Land Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using survey equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to read construction plans and drawings
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently without accommodation provided
