We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to lead our team of masons in the construction of various projects in Al-Kuwait. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and progress of masonry work, ensuring that it meets safety and building code standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry work, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
- Inspect masonry work to ensure compliance with safety and building code standards
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of necessary materials and tools for masonry work
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction and find solutions quickly
- Conduct performance evaluations for masons on your team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
