Land Surveyor
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land and conducting surveys for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that construction plans are accurate and in accordance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying and be proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS and total stations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Filipinos and Kenyans with English proficiency are encouraged to apply. Part-time opportunities may also be available for experienced candidates. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment including GPS and total stations
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and other visual representations
- Prepare detailed reports on survey findings and present them to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure construction plans are accurate
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
