Carpenter for Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team for residential construction projects in Bayan. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This includes framing walls, installing cabinets and shelves, building stairs and decks, and performing other carpentry tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in residential carpentry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following building plans
- Skilled in using hand and power tools
- Excellent knowledge of wood types and their characteristics
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials

Optional:
- Experience with cabinetry or finish carpentry work
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
