Carpenter - Residential Construction



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team in Bayan. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This role is suitable for men with or without experience and offers a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, sketches, and building plans to understand project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
- Follow safety regulations and building codes at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Ability to read blueprints and use various carpentry tools
- Good physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and building codes
- Excellent communication skills in English
