Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations, elevations, and boundaries of land or construction sites. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports with accurate measurements
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey data and field notes
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures on construction sites
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps, plans, and other digital representations of survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using CAD software for creating maps and plans
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar Rumaythiyah (open to all nationalities)
