Land Surveyor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and construction layouts. Your role will involve using specialized equipment and software to collect and analyze data, as well as creating detailed reports and maps.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and other relevant programs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and construction layouts
- Use specialized equipment and software to collect accurate data for analysis
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary permits for surveys
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in land surveying techniques

Salary:
As an Indian national working in Ar Rumaythiyah, you will receive a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
