Gardening and Landscaping Technician

As a Gardening and Landscaping Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of residential and commercial properties in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will work closely with property owners to understand their vision for their outdoor spaces and use your expertise to create beautiful and functional gardens and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden layouts based on client preferences and site conditions
- Selecting plants, trees, and shrubs that are suitable for the local climate and soil conditions
- Maintaining gardens by watering, fertilizing, pruning, and mulching as needed
- Installing irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Conducting regular pest control measures to protect plants from damage
- Building structures such as patios, walkways, and fences to enhance the overall design of the landscape
- Managing a team of gardeners to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a gardener or landscaping technician
- Knowledge of local plant species and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance
- Basic understanding of design principles for gardens and landscapes
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
