Sales Manager for Indian Market (Female)


We are a fast-growing company in the consumer goods industry, located in Ar Rumaythiyah. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and oversee all sales operations for the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry targeting the Indian market
- Strong understanding of Indian culture and business practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead a team and work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel within India as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.
