Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait

We are a reputable company seeking a Handyman with experience in maintenance and repairs for our properties in Ar Rumaythiyah, Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to the upkeep and repair of our properties. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment needed for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues or areas that require maintenance
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work completed
- Liaise with contractors or vendors when necessary for larger projects or specialized repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1100 per month.
