We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
