Merchandiser Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations of our company in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of merchandisers and ensuring the timely and efficient placement of products in stores.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to plan product displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock in stores
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans
- Train new merchandisers on company standards, policies, and procedures
- Communicate with store managers to address any issues or concerns related to product placement or displays
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future merchandising strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
