We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to enhance our product displays and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and buying trends
- Develop and implement creative merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively
- Ensure all products are properly displayed with accurate pricing and promotions
- Monitor stock levels and communicate any inventory needs to the sales team
- Conduct regular audits of product displays to maintain consistency and quality
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs
