Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting activities such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare and maintain financial documents including invoices, bills, receipts, and statements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Communicate with clients or vendors regarding billing or payment inquiries

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of local accounting laws and regulations is a plus
