Sous Chef



As a Sous Chef at our esteemed restaurant in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our valued guests. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, creativity, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and creating new dishes
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistent quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Step in as Head Chef when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
