Seasonal Restaurant Manager for Filipino Cuisine in Vianden



A well-established restaurant in the picturesque town of Vianden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Restaurant Manager for their Filipino cuisine. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual with a love for the culinary arts and a flair for management.

As the Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including but not limited to managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your main goal will be to provide an excellent dining experience to all customers while maximizing profits.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales figures and implementing cost-saving measures

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with restaurant management software such as POS systems
and inventory management tools
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

This is a seasonal position with an attractive salary package of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
