Merchandiser for Retail Store in Clairvaux



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Clairvaux. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that products are effectively marketed to drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and drive sales
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase products in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Conduct regular product audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new products and resolve any issues with existing inventory
- Train and support sales associates on visual merchandising techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, including color theory, product placement, and space utilization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket for international candidates.
