Construction Manager - Dickirch, Canada
A reputable construction company in Dickirch, Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to supervising on-site activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Hire and manage subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
