Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining Restaurant, Dickirch



We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our fine dining restaurant in the bustling city of Dickirch. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times
- Assist with setting tables and preparing for service
- Attend to guest's special requests or needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (French/German would be an asset)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Customer-oriented approach
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg
