Part-Time Waiter/Waitress in Nairobi, Kenya

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure all food and drinks are accurately entered into the system
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Accept payments from guests, process them correctly, and return change if necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.
