Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our organization's network and computer systems. This includes installing, configuring, and upgrading network hardware and software, as well as monitoring network performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will also be responsible for managing user accounts, ensuring system security, and backing up data regularly. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our network and systems.

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), hardware (routers, switches), and software (firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
