Position: Architectural Designer
Location: Clairvaux, France
Salary: 1000$ per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, and public structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs adhere to building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
