Junior Architectural Technologist - Remish, India


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Remish, India. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of various architectural projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with surveys
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed drawings and 3D models
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance
- Attend client meetings and present project plans and designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in architecture or construction industry
- Familiarity with BIM software (Revit preferred)
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
