Architectural Technologist - Remote Full-time Position in Remish


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Remish. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours and the option to work from home.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs and blueprints
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring and recording existing structures
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for projects
- Stay up-to-date on building codes and regulations
- Assist with cost estimation and budgeting for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: This is a remote position based in Remish. Candidates from Nepal or Kenya are preferred but applicants from any English-speaking country will be considered.
