We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Remish. Our company specializes in designing and constructing industrial buildings for various clients. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and innovative designs that meet the specific needs of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs
- Use computer-aided design software to create detailed drawings, models, and plans for industrial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficient in using computer-aided design software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in industrial building design is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and air ticket for non-local candidates. Accommodation can be arranged upon request.
