Fitter (Contract) for Biometric Passport Production - Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg for a contract position. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting the components of biometric passports. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the production of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fit components of biometric passports according to specifications and instructions
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly process
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain inventory of materials and report any shortages or defects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in electronics production
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools used in assembly processes
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
$1600 per month (USD)

Location:
Dickirch, Luxembourg (this job is open for Canadian or Nepali nationals)

Contract Duration:
3 months with possibility of extension based on performance
