Fitter - Industrial Equipment (Dickirch, India)


We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Dickirch, India. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various industrial equipment. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, measuring and cutting materials, and using hand and power tools to assemble parts into finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with precision instruments. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine assembly procedures
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble parts using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders
- Test finished products for proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the assembly process
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering is preferred
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in assembly work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
