Waiter/Waitress (Filipino Nationals)

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Lom. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests. This is a great opportunity for Filipino nationals who are looking for a job without the requirement of English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Monitor guest's needs and promptly attend to any requests or issues
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell additional products or services
- Handle guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting is required
- Good communication skills in English is an advantage but not mandatory
- Must have excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Must be able to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Valid work permit with visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates
