Sales Manager for Malayalees and Nepali in Albena, Bulgaria


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company with a focus on targeting Malayalees and Nepali communities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. Please note that this job does not require proficiency in English and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Malayalee and Nepali communities in Albena
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
- Train and manage sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully targeting specific communities in sales efforts
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and/or Nepali languages
- Good understanding of the Bulgarian market, specifically within the tourism industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
