We are a leading construction company in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Hire and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project
- Review and approve all project plans, designs, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for this position.
