Floral Designer


We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and designs using various types of flowers and foliage. Your main duties will include designing, arranging, and maintaining fresh floral displays for events, weddings, and other occasions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique floral designs for events, weddings, and other occasions based on client preferences
- Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and foliage to use in arrangements
- Prepare and condition flowers to ensure freshness and longevity
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other displays according to design concepts
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and delivering high-quality products
- Collaborate with event planners or clients to create cohesive design concepts that incorporate florals into the overall aesthetic

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar creative role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, colors, textures, and design techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client preferences and translate them into beautiful floral designs
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends as needed for events

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Floristry or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Floral Designer or similar role

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Plovdiv but can be done remotely if necessary.
