We are in search of a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts, as well as a strong knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare high-quality desserts and pastries according to established recipes and standards
- Develop new dessert and pastry recipes that will attract customers
- Ensure all baked goods are presented in an appealing manner
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creativity in developing new recipes and flavors
- Attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English

Salary:
Starting salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
