Sales Representative


We are a dynamic and growing company based in Plovdiv, seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with sales experience and excellent communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Reach out to customer leads through various means such as email campaigns or product demonstrations
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market's potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
- Flexible availability for part-time hours

Salary:
This is a commission-based role with an expected salary of $1000 per month. However, high-performing Sales Representatives have the potential to earn significantly more through bonuses and incentives.

Location:
This position is based in Plovdiv but may require occasional travel within the country. Foreigners are welcome to apply as long as they have legal authorization to work in Bulgaria.
