Collector - Indian Nationals Only (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking experienced Collectors of Indian nationality to join our team in Zagreb. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, maintaining accurate records of collections and following up with customers to ensure timely payment. You will also be required to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Previous experience as a Collector or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Experience using collection software is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or mail regarding outstanding payments
- Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay the full amount at once
- Track collections and update records accurately
- Follow up with customers on payment arrangements and ensure timely payments
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve any payment-related issues or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes and strategies
