Factory Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As an operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machinery in our factory, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating machinery in a factory setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or other technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or irregularities in products
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them strictly

Preferences:
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all candidates with relevant experience
- No English language skills required, as long as candidate can understand instructions in their preferred language (e.g. Hindi)
- Experience working without accommodation preferred
